I don’t want to sound all woo woo and ju ju…

But energy is energy.

And when it comes to building relationships and growing your real estate business, every time you transform (deepen) a relationship, you can get clients and generate referrals.

Without having to sell like a slick car salesman either…

It’s one of the reasons why we built out and taught our clients our Relationship Building Pipeline (TM)…

Because it works…

The only time your sphere doesn’t generate business for you is when it is static, bored and unenergized.

If your sphere is not growing it’s dying.

So a couple of questions…

  • Are you consistently adding new people to your sphere of influence. Not cold leads… actual RELATIONSHIPS?

  • Are your relationships within your sphere deepening? Are people getting to know you more deeply AND are you learning more about your sphere?

Or is it static?

When you are becoming increasingly well known in your local community, you will sell more real estate, without having to buy leads, or hustle and grind out 18 hour days.

PRO-TIP: In every conversation with people, try and learn one thing new about the person and endeavor to share one new thing about yourself.

For the paid supporters of SPHERE ($7/month) as a thank you, I’ve posted a schematic of our relationship building funnel below.
