The Founding Letter of the Sphere Builder Movement
You were never designed to live in fragments. This is a sacred call to live a whole, future-proofed life.
I’ve torn up the script countless times in my life, until now I’ve never been “exactly” sure why. Now I have complete clarity
This is not just my personal story, it’s a call to a new kind of life.
And so I am writing this founding letter to the brave, relational, future-proofed people that I’m calling… Sphere Builders.
What is a Sphere Builder?
A Sphere Builder is not simply a solopreneur.
They’re not just a creative person with a dream.
They’re not someone who is defined only by their title or role like parent, coach, visionary, or founder.
A Sphere Builder is someone who dares to build their whole entire life on their own terms.
They are not building a life where one thread sees incredible success while the rest of the threads slowly unravel, and deteriorate.
They stack their whole life together, thriving in every single way.
They stack spheres of family, health, creativity, income, spirit, and reputation, until their world hums in complete harmony.
They establish success and vitality in every realm until they are no longer living in fragments, but thriving in rhythm.
Why You Want to Future-Proof Your Life.
In an age where AI is rising, jobs are crumbling, and identities are outsourced to algorithms, a Sphere Builder is someone who says: “I am not my job. I am not my role. I am not a brand.”
They are anchored in purpose.
They are rooted in people.
They are building a life that technology can never disrupt and only enhance.
While others tie themselves to titles or trends, Sphere Builders root themselves in something that is both tangible and eternal:
Their relationships and the impact they will make on their world.
They are less like footprints in the sand and more like waves that consistently wash over the world.
How Do I Become A Sphere Builder?
It’s a rhythm. A return. A rebellion. A journey back to the fullest expression of you. It’s simply being who you were destined to be at your core.
It’s you simply being who you were destined to be at your core.
Sphere Builders are nimble.
You are choosing to not be tied to a location, a platform, or permission of others. You are building your own thing, in a rapidly changing and often chaotic world.
You are moving through the world like water, finding paths, forming partnerships, flowing forward.
You are anti-fragile by design, because the support system you’ve build is human, because your worth is not in a résumé, but in your resonance.
How the Hell I Ended Up Here…
I grew up in a conservative family in New Zealand. My dad was an accountant. My mum taught cooking and sewing in high schools before she had kids.
We were raised to be sensible, go to university, pick a stable career, stay the course.
So I did. I became a veterinary surgeon at 22.
But six months in, I felt a fire, the call to create stories. I studied acting. I went to film school. I wrote screenplays. I pitched them successfully in Cannes. I flew to LA. For a moment, I stood on the mountaintop.
Then the 2009 crash came and took everything.
I met my partner. We had a child. The pressure hit. I pivoted again.
I started helping others build relationship-based businesses. Along the way, my life has been an absolute riot of adventure.
I performed on a stage with Mumford & Sons.
I wrote screenplays in LA coffee shops.
I led sales for a tech company and closed 6-figure deals.
I studied with the gurus in the coaching industries like Simon Bowen and Taki Moore. I built my own way.
In 2021, we returned to New Zealand to be with my elderly mother, she passed in 2022 and I felt the wind shift, and slowly I’ve been coursing my way to clarity to a new future, to my real purpose.
About two weeks ago, the clouds parted and rather than tearing up an old script, I wrote a new one.
This time not from rebellion, but from reverence.
Everything I’ve lived, every chapter, every scar, every triumph, is being rewritten into one calling:
To help others build whole, brave, future-proofed lives, that truly thrive no matter the chaos or disruption in our world.
To help others like you, become a Sphere Builder like me.
You Are Welcome Here
This is not just my story. It’s yours too.
If you’ve ever felt the pull between creativity and care… if you’ve ever wondered how to build a world where your work, your children, your health, and your voice all fit together…
If you’ve ever whispered, “There has to be another way…”
Then you’re already one of us.
You are a Sphere Builder.
We’ll help you build it, with 3 sacred things:
Conversations. Connections and Co Creators
The relationships you build and how you build them will radically change your life, and keep you from ever walking alone again.
This is my table.
I built it in tough times, from broken wood and a sacred fire. And you are so very welcome here.
You are brave beyond measure.
You are a Sphere Builder.

Geoff, this is more than a letter. It’s a manifesto for wholeness in an age that keeps pulling us apart. I love the imagery of building not in fragments, but in spheres that connect and hum together. The call to be “anti-fragile by design” resonates deeply, especially now when so much around us feels brittle.
Thank you for inviting us into this space. I’m in.
