What am I talking about?
Some REALTORS who describe themselves as “relational” actually have a very transactional goal… They care only for getting referrals.
It’s the primary goal for all their relational work.
Some even sign contracts with referral partners promising each other a set number of referrals… YUCK.
Imagine getting into a romantic relationship only because you wanted children?
The other party would end up feeling pretty used…
The relationship would be very cold…
The children would feel like a product and not a purpose.
It should not be this way, children are the fruit of a healthy partnership, they are born as a result of love. They are not the sole reason that the relationship exists.
So this is the very first step…
Getting your mindset right, getting your priorities straight, being absolutely clear about the main goal of your work….
The primary goal of a healthy sphere must be to generate as many healthy, mutual and equal partnerships as possible.
