It’s a BIG MISTAKE…

People use social media to talk about themselves… INCESSANTLY.

Everyone is a wannabe influencer these days.

Talking about yourself on social media is like shouting in a crowded room where millions of people are also shouting...

You’ll just end up with a sore voice and a bad attitude.

There is a much better way.

It’s imperative that you understand that we are living in the middle of a new epidemic, we’re in a pandemic of loneliness.

It’s probably the biggest and deepest problem in our world today.

I wrote an article here called “The Antidote to Loneliness”

It’s the also the secret to standing out on social media, people are so, so thirsty for connection.

So instead of talking about yourself, provide content that gets them talking to you about themselves.

Don’t use social to sell, instead use it to have extremely meaningful conversations.

It’s the best way to grow a connected sphere of influence full of people who will do anything to help each other.

Previously, we discussed the power of getting people to talk about the past. Nostalgia is a powerful connector.

If you are in the real estate business you must brandish nostalgia as a weapon, because you are really in the business of creating memories.
