Back when it all began in 1776, it was all very much a work in progress.

Like a newborn baby, there was much to learn and a lot of development in front of you.

I’m 47 years old and the father to two children, one is 11 and the other is 7.

And like my children, I am a work in progress also.

I wish I was better, stronger, more confident…
