Something remarkable just happened…
18 months ago, I was just another fat 48-year-old with a dream.
I did not like the direction my life was heading in.
So I set some fucking unrealistic goals (pardon my French, but I was angry at the time).
I wanted to be the fittest, fastest, and strongest I had ever been in my life by the time I turned 50.
I was at rock bottom, though. I was the unhealthiest, slowest, and weakest that I had been in 35 years.
This was going to have to be a 180-degree turn, a complete transformation.
I kicked my entrepreneurial self in the ass and said… “If I want/need this, others probably want it also.”
So I created an entirely new system for setting goals and achieving success in every area of your life.
It’s called the 3-Word Goal System (you can read about it here).
I would be the first fat guinea pig to try it. The prototype. If I failed, the system was crap. If I succeeded, then I had a whole new pathway for helping people achieve it.
Message to anyone reading this?
If you are reading this, what is it that you want?
What dreams have you given up on?
What kind of life could be reimagined for you?
Do you want to give up? Or do you want to go again and reach for the stars?
I almost gave up on my physical body.
First, I started making excuses: too busy, not enough time, etc. Then I started making jokes about the Dad Bod.
None of this changed the fact that I was too unfit to throw a cricket ball to my son, and too energy-sapped to fish with him.
This is why what happened just now is so exciting to me.
Just Now – My Physical 3-Word Goals
As part of my 3-word physical goal to be “fittest at 50”, I had 6 micro goals or targets.
Quite frankly, these were ridiculous:
Bench press 277 lbs 3X (could not do 100)
Squat 330 lbs (had never squatted in my life)
Do 50 pull-ups on my 50th birthday (could not do one)
Do 5 vertical push-ups into a handstand (could not even do the old ladies press)
Run 1500 meters faster than when I was 16 (4:40 seconds)… I could not even run without a lot of man bounce
Do 5 pistol squats (could not stand on one leg for 3 seconds)
Like I said, it would require a complete transformation, 100% commitment, and the right support.
Here’s my confession… until this morning, I never really believed that it was possible.
It was a pipe dream.
A fancy wish to return to a life that was forever lost.
Until this week, and until this morning.
What happened?
This morning was the result of 195 workouts.
The pistol squat was conceived in hell and gathered by Satan himself.
If you don’t believe me, Google it and try one.
I have not been able to get even close to it.
And yet I’ve kept trying, kept learning, always asking and trying to find a way to get there.
This morning, with the help of a tension band, I did my very first one.
And with it, as I rose from the floor, something else rose up inside of me for the very first time.
Belief.
Actual, tangible, real belief that reaching all of my goals might be possible.
For the first time in 18 months… I truly believed.
It makes me want to cry, but instead I am choosing to write this to you.
What do you want from your life?
This is your one chance.
Will you dare to set some ridiculous goals and go after them with a little hope and a whole lot of determination?
The belief will follow.
It is such a beautiful thing.
And yet you have to act first.
If you want to know more about our 3-Word Goal System, then I would be honored to share it with you.
I’ve incorporated AI to make it even more powerful.
With our 7 AI tools, you can create your own 3-word goal system and vision wall in less than 24 hours.
Why am I succeeding this time, and I didn’t before?
Success is all about motivation, discipline, and action.
Too many people give you the actions to take, but they don’t help you with the motivation and discipline.
This is why I’ve failed miserably before.
I didn’t have absolute clarity on what my goal was, why I was chasing it, and what the steps were along the way.
Imagine if you were 1000% charged up to succeed in every area of your life…
Bursting over with enthusiasm, and you had a clear roadmap to get there every single day.
That’s what I’ve built, and that’s why I am succeeding.
If you want transformation, then I am teaching, equipping and helping 12 more people with this in August.
