Everyone wants to define me.
I hate it.
They want to give me a label, a job title, a role to play… So they can put me in the right box and not have to think any more.
The era of being defined by your title or your role(s) is fast coming to an end.
Harsh question…
Do you really want to be known as a Realtor, when there are two million real estate licenses in the United States and there is a massive variation in quality and care among across that large group?
Do I want to be known as a business coach? When every man and his dog, and that dog’s puppies are now calling themselves coaches?
This isn’t how the world works anymore…
This is going to sound weird…
Although I coach people, I am not a coach.
Although I mentor people, I am not a mentor.
Although I consult with people, I am not a consultant.
These are things I do, but they don’t describe who I am, or the totality of how I help people.
Let’s be farcical for a second…
Imagine if I was only known for my role as a father…
When I walked down the street people said, “there goes father.”
It would be frigin weird man.
When you allow yourself to be defined by your business card title, you lose the ability to truly connect with the world on a human level.
Compartmentalising a human being takes away their infinite power.
And yet the question remains, if I do not define myself by a role or a job, how do I define myself?
The answer is simple and yet simple is difficult…
By the name your parents gave you.
And this is the world we are moving into… the world of personal brand.
This What Sphere is About…
People build (by default) ecosystems around them. Healthy ones and unhealthy ones. Rich worlds and poor worlds. Harsh worlds and kind worlds. Big worlds and small worlds.
And inside your ecosystem you get to help people in a number of ways that are unique to you.
Sphere is my ecosystem.
Inside it, I coach, mentor, teach, consult, and create.
But I also do so much more in there?
I shoot the shit, laugh, share my life, become lifelong friends with people and help however I can.
I am not one thing anymore.
I am all of me.
It’s incredibly freeing to lose the label. There is so much more life and power here.
Are you with me?
Do you want a radically different life, where you build your own world?
The opportunities are endless.
Comment or reply to this if you want to know more.
If you are tired of the old ways then this message is for you.
Much love

In my adult working life, I have never once had a job title truly worthy of the name, or a door with my name on it. Yet it occurred to me not so long ago that people with titles and doors have, at one time or another, paid for those privileges, and it hit me that I have never once carried anyone's briefcase, or addressed a civilian boss as "sir" (and having spent five years in the U.S. Navy, I know all about that). I didn't succumb to subservience to have others be subservient to me.
So all in all, a win.
Yes! Our mind is the compatible model for AI; this does not go for us as a specific brand model. fields open and trigger us, It’s better to target our goals, they show the way. Nature helps with hard work of course. Best of luck.
